Opening of the new multi-purpose centre at Weeden Heights Primary School

On the 26th of September I opened the new Weeden Heights Priamry School’s Building the Education Revolution building.
The school recieved $1.9 million to costruct this new building on the campus.
The school will use the new multi-purpose centre for performance rehearsals and wet-weather physical education lessons.
The new multipurpose centre enables whole school assemblies and comfortably accommodates parents and visitors.
The school has associations with local community groups and a Greek Language School, all of whom now have access to the facility for a wide variety of activities including dance classes and end of year concerts.
I am also delighted that this particular project has supported the employment of 80 workers
